Easy Casserole

*So I made this last night because I wasn't in the hottest mood to cook and didn't have alot of time to cook a huge fancy meal. So I threw this together with the intent of taking a picture of it for this post. But just as soon as I took it out of the oven, I had a ravenous family devour it before I could even make for my camera! So you'll have to wait until next time. Sorry!

You'll Need:
-1/2 pound hamburger
-1 can tomato soup
-1 can green beans
-1 cup mashed potatoes (enough to cover the top of an 8x8 casserole dish)
-1/4-1/2 cup cheese (mozzerella or cheddar whatever you have)

DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit
-In a skillet cook hamburger. I usually cook 1 pound and use half. The other half goes in my freezer for another meal a few days later. I put seasoning salt and minced onions with my hamburger, but you don't have to.
-In an 8x8 casserole dish mix: hamburger, soup, and greenbeans. Then layer potatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese.
-bake till nice and bubbly. cheese will be melted and start to brown on top. (about 15-20 min.

*This is my husbands favorite meal. He will eat at least half the pan by himself! Kids really like it too because it's simple and has no foreign flavors. Let me know how you like it!
